My name is Jean-Luc Kamani, a servant of God and a prophet, and I give thanks to the Lord for this moment. My testimony is centered around my spiritual life, particularly as a visionary of CRL. Today, I want to share a brief account.

When the Lord gave me the vision to organize prayer for the sick and the needy, I wondered how to create a framework that would bring together everything we needed. I was looking for a place that would provide both accommodation, dining, and a prayer space, while incorporating an element of entertainment to make the experience complete.

That’s when I was in contact with someone I greatly respect, Alpha Ntumba. She has always been a source of inspiration and wisdom for me, and our discussions have always been fertile ground for brilliant ideas. In one of our conversations, she suggested an incredible idea: why not organize this spiritual event in a unique setting, like a ferry?

The idea was fantastic. We could find rooms, a hotel, a conference room, a restaurant, and everything would be gathered in one place. This suggestion made me realize that one should never underestimate the importance of the people around us. Sometimes, God places sources of inspiration, blessings, and wisdom beside us.

In the Christian faith, we often look to those who can pray for us or give us something, but it’s essential to remember that sometimes, the people around us can be channels of blessings and wise counsel, just as Jethro was to Moses. He advised me to surround myself with the wise in the work of God.

That’s how the idea of the prayer cruise took shape in 2020. I give thanks to God for the online prophets and for these moments of revelation and inspiration.

The Bible verse Proverbs 15:22 says, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers, they succeed.” It emphasizes the importance of wise counsel, just as Jethro advised Moses.
